- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
- Personalized or custom-made jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
How to Initiate a Return

- Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
- Ship the item back to us within 30 days (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty).
Refunds
